Neon is a hot trend for spring and summer, but there are some people who have a fear of such bright colors. However there are very clever ways to work around a bright pink dress and instead wearing pops of neon in your accessories. Bright purses, shoes, and necklaces are subtle but also make a nice statement. I love how each celebrity in the photos above wore a neon bag and I especially love the peek-a-boo neon in Fergie's clutch.
