Fashion is art, art is expression, and expression is life. I love fashion, music and trying new things just to say I did. I'm a very random person and would rather look at life through the "wrong" end of the telescope. I am also very girly but I have other dimensions that my personality showcases. Through my blog I just want to show everything I love and catches my eye. I'll also post quotes and people I find inspiring. Stay beautiful :)

Get The Look: Elle Fanning
I am loving these two black and white looks worn by Elle Fanning. Elle is has lots of style and knows how to keep the look form being boring. The two outfits can be for causal or dressy casual occasions which is perfect for getting the use out of clothing pieces. The first outfit is very sweet and girly, the ruffles adds a nice feminine touch. The skirt is very preppy, but kept chic byy adding a thin belt around it. The heels and clutch dress the up the look, but flats and satchel bag can easily make it more casual. Look two is very chic, I am loving the two tone shirt. The shirt shows off the waist and contrast the shoulders and torso by using the colors white and apricot. Elle's pants are perfect for any fashionista! They sit higher up on the waist and end right at the ankles leaving room to show off your shoes. Elle's shoes remind of Mary Jane heels, but in a flats version. The look can work perfect for a dressy casual event. Try out the look chicas!

Love Her Style: Lourdes Leon
Lourdes Leon has incredible style and she sticks to it. Lourdes serves as creative director for the brand Material Girl and you can definitely tell! Lourdes always has an edgy cool girl look and even mixes it up with bright colors and patterns. I especially love her confidence to wear ripped tights and make a statement, Lourdes totally makes it work. Her version of the little black dress is like no other which makes it perfect. Lourdes Leon's taste for fashion reminds you of her mother, Madonna, especially in her 80's sensation. Could great fashion sense be genetic? Either way Lourdes Leon has amazing style.

Get The Look: Emma Stone
Emma Stone has to be one of my favorite celebrities, she always has a cool girl vibe. I love this outfit she is wearing, it is super chic and perfect for an everyday look. Emma pairs comfortable black flats with grey skinny jeans and a striped top. The shades and motorcycle jacket make the look stand out and become super chic. Emma's bag is also very cool and the color contrast goes well against the black and grey, check out the twisted strap design! Emma's beauty look is kept natural and her hair is pulled back into a messy bun. I'm very into this look and even plan to recreate myself. Try it out chicas!

Get The Look: Leighton Meester
| Look #1 |
| Look #2 |
I usually only post one outfit for a Get The Look post, but I could not help but share both of these photos of Leighton Meester. I have always thought she has a great sense of style both on and off Gossip Girl. The two looks above are fabulous and I think they could work for various occasion. The top photo is good for evening and night, while the bottom outfit is best for the mornings and afternoons. Leighton Meester could easily be out taking a stroll in the bottom outfit or having a shopping day with the girls. The top outfit can be great for a date, dinner, or a girls night out. Leighton's first outfit is very easy to recreate. She is wearing a nude dress, fierce tan booties, a moto jacket, and a warm scarf. She even adds cool shades and curls her hair. Leighton's second look is very chic and casual. She wears chunky high heel sandals, green military skinnies, and a cute midriff baring top. Her accessories included a cute oversized bag and round shades. I love her hair pulled back into a simple ponytail. Try out these looks ladies!

Outfit Of The Day: 70's Inspired
I was feeling very 70s-ish and decided to pair a loose butterfly winged top with wide legged jeans. My color scheme is kept very neautral with tans, browns, and a gold watch. I even went a little natural by wearing my feather earrings. For shoes I stuck to my favorties, oxfords. They are extremely comfortable and go with just about any outfit. I wore my gold Betsey Johnson watch, a butterfly wing, an owl ring, and a chunky bracelet. My hair is pulled up into a bun, it is desperately awaiting a hair appointment, and I decided to go with no make-up today. By the way my eyewear is just my everyday glasses that have transitioned into some very cool Ray-Ban shades. In all I love my outfit all thanks to some 70's inspiration.

Fashion Tip #11
Embrace an idea while styling your outfit. Think of what a dancer would wear or even someone from the 80's. Using an idea or concept really helps to create the perfect outfit. Having a concept gives you a muse to pull from and build upon. I love to relaxed moods when styling an outfit which results in loose flowy tops in rich, neautral colors. The times where I love to be edgy I think of rocker girls such as Taylor Momsen and throw on some leather. Ideas can come from anywhere and be anything! Whenever your stuck in a styling challenge, channel a concept and build on it.

Oufit Of The Day: Casual Valentine
Happy Valentine's Day everyone! My gift to you is my first Outfit of the Day post. I could not wait any longer to begin showing my own personal outfits and style. Today was one of my more casual, comfortable and simple days. I paired a loose flowy top with a bow detail that I love and skinny jeans together. I wore my favorite shoes, tan oxfords, with grey leg warmers that I thought were cute and unexpected. Since it's Valentine's Day I could not help but put on some pretty red feather earrings. All together I was thinking of a dancer/ballerina look when styling my outfit. Have a very happy Valentine's Day!

- Make sure your lids are nicely primed and use a white shadow as a highlight along your brow bone. Use a light brown or a soft, rosy pink on your lower lid and crease.
- Line from the end of your waterline to the middle with black liner. Then use a liquid liner and line right by your lashes and create a small cateye. Add black mascara to make your eyes pop.
- For you cheecks you can either you a highlighting bronzer from the apple of your cheeks to your temples or a light brown brush going along the same lines.
- Lastly to make a major beauty statement use a red lipstick. Be sure the red fits your skin tone and does not resemble clown lips.
**A tip for any type of lipstick is to coat your lips with concealer before applying the lipstick so that it stays on longer. Also to make sure your lipstick doesn't go outside the line, go around your lips with concealer after you have applied your last coat of lipstick.

Guy Wear Tip #2
Take a tip from a Giorgio Armani and try an all muted outfit. Layer on black and grey pieces to give a serious and rugged yet trendy vibe that won't send you fading into the background. The look works especially for winter because the colors will help keep you warm. Don't worry about the color scheme being to dark and plain, as long as you stand tall and let your confidence shine through you will definitely make a statement. A fashion risk with this look is to redo an outfit directly from the Giorgio Armani Fall/Winter 2011-2012 show by layering up with coats, vest, unique pants styles and even adding black scarves and leather gloves. Start bringing out your trendy side fashionistos!
Fashion Tip #10
Mix prints and patterns in your outfit! No one ever said stripes and polka dots can't go together. Mixing and matching patterns is actually quite easy as long as you stick to a color theme. For example, if your favorite color is purple, make sure all your clothing pieces have at least a hint or accent of purple. Be sure not to mix the same pattern or print, in the same color, in one outfit or risk looking cartoon like. Remember to revise your outfit by looking at your self in a mirror to be sure you are not overdone. Mixing and matching is a fun and creative way to spice up your outfit.

Guy Wear Tip #1
Find your style and swagger guys! Whether your sporty or always up to trend, always be yourself in your outfit. If your more of a sporty guy, try out cargos light wash jeans and a crisp tee. For very trendy chicos try dark wash sleek skinny leg pants, even roll them up once to show off nice shoes and top it with a nice shirt layered with a blazer. If your an even bigger risk taker add a scarf around your neck. And we can't forget about the fellas inbetween the two styles! If your not into taking risk, but still want to be trendy, try light wash jeans and collard or button down shirts layerd with a sleek leather jacket. Any guy can be transformed from dud to stud with a few key wardrobe items.
