The method begins by 1-2 coats going up the lashes, then 1-2 sweeps across the top of the lashes. Follow up with a quick coat on the outer lashes in a "C" shape. Define the brows using a shadow and brow brush in short, hair-like strokes.

Coming prepared will also help to make you feel more cofident just because you know that you have everything you need. Having a planner marked with all your important dates and your backpack filled with your supplies will take a load off your back for the entire year! School confidence will come naturally if you maintain a postive attitude with your peers and teachers, stay prepared, and just have fun meeting new people!

The look is perfect for a warm, breezy day because the silk top allows for both warmth and coolness and the skirt shows off toned legs. Shay's skirt is super cute, the refelcting colors gives off a mermaid inspired look. Mixing textures is almost as easy as mixing prints, but there are still a couple key tips to getting it just right.

•  Be sure that you don't pair two bold textures together, too much texture can be too over the top.
• The best way to make a textured outfit flow is to seperate off peices by a belt like Shay Mitchell has done.
• Try out a smooth texture mixed with a rough texture when you are first mixing textures and continuosly venture out to more daring combinations.
